On Wednesday, November 2, 2011, Kutztown University’s Off-Campus Advisory Council (OCAC) will again host a Housing Fair in the McFarland Student Union. This event, which will be held in the Multipurpose Room (MSU 218) from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m., will allow you the opportunity to meet our students, share information, and answer questions about your rental housing property(s).
These are students who may be thinking about moving off-campus and are interested in learning what their housing options are. We ask you to provide external and internal images of your rental units so that students can visualize your property, a listing of your housing requirements, and any other literature or giveaways you feel would be beneficial. Please note that as this is an information-based event, no signing of contracts or lease agreements will be permitted.
Each proprietor will be provided with one 8-foot table and two chairs. Set up time will begin at 12:00 p.m. There is no charge to participate, but space is limited and will be made available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Notification of the housing fair will be advertised throughout campus as well as to students living off campus.
